This Privacy Policy describes how Ouasso LLC, operating as Marjoullc ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website and use our language learning services. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our platform.
We collect information you voluntarily provide, including: full name; email address; password (stored in encrypted form); billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store raw card data); language learning preferences and goals; placement test results and assessment data; progress information, lesson completions, and quiz results; tutor session notes and feedback; and communications you send to our support team.
When you use our platform, we automatically collect certain technical information, including: IP address and approximate geolocation; device type, operating system, and browser type; pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform; audio recordings during pronunciation exercises (processed locally and not stored); and cookies and similar tracking technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain our language learning services; personalize your learning experience and adapt content to your needs; process payments and manage your subscription; send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, booking confirmations); send marketing communications (you can opt out at any time); provide customer support and respond to inquiries; analyze usage patterns to improve our platform; comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with: tutors assigned to your sessions (limited to name, language level, and session notes); payment processors (Stripe) who process transactions under their own privacy policy; analytics providers (Google Analytics) who help us understand platform usage; email service providers who deliver our communications; and legal authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as billing records, which are kept for 7 years). Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical analysis.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights: the right to access your personal data; the right to correct inaccurate data; the right to delete your data ("right to be forgotten"); the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Marjoullc is designed for users 16 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with information should contact privacy@marjoullc.com.
Ouasso LLC is based in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country. We implement Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

By accessing or using the Marjoullc platform, website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Ouasso LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ouasso LLC.
Marjoullc provides an online language learning platform offering structured courses, live tutor sessions, pronunciation training tools, conversation practice, learning resources, assessments, and educational content in multiple languages. Access to Services is provided through paid subscription plans.
To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; maintain and update your information to keep it accurate; maintain the security of your password and account; accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person may not maintain more than one account.
Access to Marjoullc Services requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered on monthly (1-month), quarterly (3-month), semi-annual (6-month), and annual (12-month) billing cycles. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the initial charge are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. All content on the Marjoullc platform, including course materials, videos, audio recordings, text, graphics, software, and the platform design, is owned by or licensed to Ouasso LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; use the platform for commercial purposes without written authorization; record, screenshot, or reproduce tutor sessions or course content without permission; engage in harassing, abusive, or offensive behavior toward tutors or other users; attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures; use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software.
Live tutor sessions are provided by independent, certified language educators contracted by Ouasso LLC. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will consume a session credit. Ouasso LLC reserves the right to reassign tutors, modify session availability, or substitute tutors as needed. Sessions are not to be recorded by users without explicit tutor consent.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific language learning outcomes, as results depend on individual effort and commitment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ouasso LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
We stand behind our services and offer a fair, transparent refund process.
We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with Marjoullc for any reason within the first 14 days of your first payment, you may request a complete refund with no questions asked. This guarantee applies to the first payment of any new subscription. It does not apply to renewal payments or to accounts that have previously received a refund.
To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee window, contact our support team by: emailing support@marjoullc.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your account email]"; or submitting a request through the Help Desk on our website. Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful for us to improve). We will process your refund within 2 business days and notify you by email.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider: credit and debit cards typically take 5–10 business days; PayPal typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day guarantee window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We may consider refunds after 14 days in the following circumstances: documented technical failures that prevented access to the platform for an extended period; billing errors caused by our system; and severe and documented personal circumstances communicated to our support team. Partial refunds (prorated for unused time) may be issued at our discretion.
The following are not eligible for refund: subscription renewals (unless a billing error occurred); one-time add-on purchases; sessions that were completed with a tutor; and subscriptions that were previously refunded. If your account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
We ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation. We work diligently to resolve all legitimate disputes directly and promptly.
